Big directory, ochre binding cloth

This beautiful directory allows you to keep the contact information of your friends and family safe. Over time, it conceals the information of the passing years : changes in address, telephone, close ties... Information is not deleted, it is crossed out, scribbled down. In the end, the directory tells a little about you and your life...

 

The body of the book includes 54 lined pages on 80gsm ivory colored paper. Two or three pages per letter of the alphabet. Pages organised in two columns with the possibility to enter all the elements of the telephone directory. Book body of 4 folios sewn together.

This directory is a three quarter bound (Bradel binding). The binding cloth is present on all the parts that could be worn down : the spine with a band of 3cm continuing on each of the cover boards, 2 cm bands on the opening side. The papers are marbled papers, handmade in Ariège.
